SPS Construction was officially established in 2017 by Joe Tompkins, but its story began years earlier. Joe got his start in construction working alongside his high school friend, Jason Faber. Together, they tackled everything from building decks and installing gutters to wiring homes—gaining hands-on experience that built the foundation for the high-quality craftsmanship SPS is known for today.
What began as a passion for building has grown into a family-driven business. Today, Joe leads a skilled crew that proudly includes his sons—Tyler, Dylan, Tanner, and Trevis—each bringing their own strengths and dedication to the team. Together, they deliver full-service renovations with precision, reliability, and a personal touch that sets SPS apart.
